WHAT WE BELIEVE IN.

Excellence is the baseline. Good is a gap we close, not a place we rest. We hold ourselves to standards most people would call unreasonable — and we’re proud of that. If it’s not our best work, it doesn’t leave our hands.

You’re not here to do the job. You’re here to design the system that does it. We think in systems, automate relentlessly, and rebuild how we work every quarter. If the way you operate looks the same as it did 90 days ago, you’re falling behind.

We don’t wait to be asked. We see around corners, anticipate what our clients and teammates need, and move before the gap becomes visible. Unreasonable hospitality isn’t a department — it’s how every single one of us operates.

We speak with precision. We deliver on deadlines, not discrepancies. When we fall short, we own it immediately, fix it fast, and raise our standard — we don’t narrate why it happened. Clarity over comfort, always.
OUR COMMITMENT.
We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace where people feel supported and valued. We believe the best work happens when individuals can show up fully — with their skills, experiences, and perspectives.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Location: Remote (Atlanta-Based) 📍
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Director of Brand & Creative
About Paid Ads Academy
Paid Ads Academy is one of the fastest-growing paid advertising coaching companies in the country. We help business owners, entrepreneurs, and marketing teams master paid ads, empowering them to become findable™ for what they do, without outsourcing to an agency.
We're building a brand that matches the excellence of what we teach. That means content that moves people, a CEO presence that commands authority, and a social media strategy that doesn't just keep up.
We need the person who makes that real. Not someone who posts and schedules. Someone who thinks, builds systems, owns the brand, and operates two steps ahead of everyone else in the room.
Role Overview
This is not a "post and schedule" role. This is a high-ownership execution role for someone who can absorb Ashley's voice like a second language, build content systems that run with less friction, and protect the integrity of the Paid Ads Academy brand at every touchpoint.
You will own Paid Ads Academy's social media presence across every platform, executing brand-level content on Facebook and LinkedIn from the Paid Ads Academy POV, and producing personal brand content for Ashley across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As the role evolves, there is opportunity to support Ashley's personal LinkedIn presence as well. You'll report directly to the Director of Brand & Creative and work in close collaboration with Ashley, thinking two steps ahead, protecting her time, and producing content that sounds unmistakably like her.
If you need to be told what to do next, this role isn't for you.
What You'll Own
• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the full content strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You'll manage two distinct content voices: Paid Ads Academy's brand voice on Facebook and LinkedIn, and Ashley's personal brand voice on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You're not just filling a calendar — you're building a strategic system for each that grows the brand, drives awareness, and converts attention into clients.
• Ashley's Personal Brand & Voice: Write captions, scripts, and thought leadership content that sounds exactly like Ashley, not like a social media manager guessing. You will study her, learn her patterns, and produce content that she reads and says yes, that's me. This is a skill. If you haven't done it before, this isn't the right role.
• Short-Form Video Production & Editing: Clip, caption, and produce scroll-stopping short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your editing standard is high-quality and on-brand.
• Email List Growth & Content: Own the social-to-email pipeline. You understand that social content is the top of the funnel, not the destination. You'll create and execute content strategies that actively drive email list growth, treat it as a core KPI, and report on it alongside engagement and reach metrics.
• Content at Scale with AI: You're already using AI to work smarter, not slower. You leverage AI tools to increase content volume without sacrificing quality — drafting, ideating, repurposing, and batching faster than someone who isn't. High output and high standards are not in conflict for you because you've built the systems to deliver both.
• Proactivity & Speed: You don't wait for the brief. You anticipate what's needed for the brand, for Ashley, for the calendar, and you move. When a trend breaks, you're already on it. When a campaign is coming, the content is already in motion. Speed is a skill you've developed, not a pressure you react to.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting: Pull the numbers, interpret them, draw conclusions, and apply them. Every month should be smarter than the last. You don't just report data — you use it to make decisions and improve results.
• Content Ideation & Trend-Spotting: You're already watching what's working before we ask. You bring ideas to the table proactively, spot emerging trends on each platform, and translate them into content that fits our brand, not just what's going viral.
• Quality Control & Proofing: Every piece of content — spelling, client names, dates, and messaging — is reviewed and accurate before it's submitted for approval. A final proofing pass is non-negotiable, every time.
• Publishing & Platform Cadence: Maintain a consistent, high-volume publishing cadence across all platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Frequency is guided by content strategy, platform best practices, and business priorities, not a static checklist. Content includes a strategic mix of carousels, short-form video, repurposed podcast clips, and trend-driven content. Daily outbound engagement — commenting, replying, and connecting with our ideal audience — is part of the role, not an afterthought.
• Affiliate & Automation Management: Manage and maintain Ashley's affiliate storefronts (Amazon, ShopMy) and ensure all links are current, accurately tracked, and actively promoted across Instagram and TikTok. Own the ManyChat automation system, setting up comment and DM flows for challenge weeks and campaign moments, and consistently monitoring to ensure everything is running correctly and updated as needed.
Consistency On The Road When Ashley travels for events or work trips, content keeps moving. You plan ahead. The calendar doesn't go dark because she's busy. That's your job to solve before anyone has to ask.
Who You Are
• You are obsessed with the details, not because someone told you to be, but because it physically bothers you when something is off.
• You have high emotional intelligence. You can read a founder, anticipate what she needs, and move before she has to ask. You understand that working closely with a CEO means creating less work for her, not more.
• You communicate with precision. Your written communication, whether it's a caption, a Slack message, or a content shot list, is clear, professional, and efficient. You do not communicate vaguely.
• You take ownership. When something is wrong, you say so and fix it before it
Requirements
• Local to Atlanta, Georgia (ideally within a 1-2 hour drive of the city)
• 5-7+ years of in-house social media management experience; with direct experience running a founder / executive personal brand. (Agency is a bonus, not a substitute)
• Proven, hands-on expertise managing and growing accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Efficiency and expediency in getting high volume of content output while maintaining quality, relevancy, and driving organic growth
• Demonstrated ability to write in someone else's voice; ghostwriting or executive social content experience is a strong plus
• Strong short-form video editing skills with a high visual standard
• Fluency in social media analytics — you can read data, explain what it means, and change your approach based on it
• Comfortable delegating to and managing AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output — positioning yourself as a strategist and creative thinker, not just a doer.
• You're already using AI — not just for answers, but to gain efficiency in your day-to-day work. Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with Claude or other AI platforms.
• Active, working knowledge of AI tools to increase content output and efficiency
• Experience creating thought leadership and educational content, not just promotional posts
• Exceptional written communication skills in content, internal communication, and everything in between
• Relentless attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment where excellence is the baseline
This Role Is NOT For You If…
• You need to be told what to do next
• You miss small details
• You struggle to adapt your writing to someone else's voice and tone
• You take feedback personally instead of professionally
• You show up for the task but disappear from the result
• You set the bar at completion, not excellence
What We Look For in a Candidate
What gets us excited:
• A portfolio with real content you've built and grown
• An application that reflects the same standard of excellence we expect on the job
• Examples of writing in a voice that isn't your own
• Past managers who can confirm you deliver, self-direct, and raise the standard
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $75,000–$80,000, depending on experience
• Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually, paid quarterly, tied to KPIs around organic growth, content volume, and engagement
• Total On-Target Earnings: Up to $100,000 when performance goals are met
• Unlimited PTO: Flexible time off after 6 months, plus company-wide holidays
• Retirement Plan: 401(k) with employer match after 6 months
• Profit-Sharing 401(k): Employer-funded contributions based on tenure and other plan factors, with a 3-year vesting schedule
• Wardrobe Stipend: $2,000 first-year bonus for business attire
• Home Office Stipend: To create a productive remote workspace
• Annual Incentive Trip: Fully-paid team trip to a bucket-list destination
• Private Wellness Center: Monthly access to gym, sauna, and cold plunge
(Georgia-based)
• Paid Parental Leave: 1 month fully paid for fathers and 3 months fully paid for mothers.
Location & Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Candidates must be located within a 1-2 hour drive of Atlanta. This role may require on-site availability 3–4 times per month, plus additional travel for events and content opportunities.

AI ARCHITECT, DIRECTOR
Location: Remote (USA)📍
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Founder & CEO
About Paid Ads Academy
Paid Ads Academy is one of the fastest-growing paid advertising coaching companies in the country. We help business owners, entrepreneurs, and marketing teams master paid ads and scale profitably. We're building an AI-first company — not as a buzzword, but as the operating system that powers how we serve clients, run our team, and scale to $50M+.
We need the person who makes that real. Not someone who talks about AI at conferences. Someone who builds it, deploys it, coaches others on it, and leads the vision for where it goes next.
Role Overview
This is not a behind-the-scenes builder role. This is a leadership position where you will own the entire AI function for the company — the strategy, the architecture, the builds, and the people. You'll sit at the leadership table, join client coaching calls, and be the voice of AI across the organization.
Your day-to-day is hands-on: building AI agents, wiring up automations, spinning up internal tools, maintaining our data infrastructure, and keeping everything running. But your real value goes far beyond the technical. You'll be on coaching calls with clients helping them understand how to leverage AI in their businesses. You'll lead the AI vision for where we're headed. You'll manage a direct report and build out the AI team as we scale. And you'll do all of this with the confidence, communication skills, and executive presence of someone who belongs in the room with our leadership team.
We need someone who is equally comfortable whiteboarding AI strategy with the CEO as they are debugging automation at 2pm on a Tuesday. The rare combination of visionary leader and hands-on builder — that's who this role is for.
What You'll Own
Lead AI Vision & Strategy You're not waiting for someone to hand you a roadmap — you're writing it. You'll define the AI strategy for the company, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, set priorities, and present your vision to leadership. You'll stay ahead of emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable plans that drive revenue, reduce costs, and improve the client experience.
Be Client-Facing & Coach on AI This is what sets this role apart. You'll join client coaching calls and help business owners understand how to use AI in their own companies. You need to be articulate, confident, and able to translate complex technical concepts into language that non-technical entrepreneurs can act on. You're not just building AI for us — you're teaching our clients how to think about it.
Manage & Build the AI Team You'll manage at least one direct report from day one and be responsible for growing the AI function as the company scales. That means hiring, mentoring, setting standards, and building a team culture of documenting and iterating.
Build AI Agents & Assistants Using Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs, you'll build client-facing and internal AI tools — smart Q&A bots, automated review workflows, internal knowledge assistants, AI-powered onboarding flows, and more. You build them, test them, break them, fix them, and deploy them.
Design & Maintain Automations Build workflow automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar that connect our CRM, client portal, accounting software, and communication tools. Multi-step workflows with error handling, logging, and edge case coverage — not duct tape.
Build Internal Tools & Applications Using Replit, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar platforms, you'll build internal dashboards, client-facing tools, and custom applications. You're comfortable with frontend basics, connecting to backend data sources, auth, and deployment.
Own the Data Layer Maintain and organize the data infrastructure that powers our AI systems — structured databases, Google Drive pipelines, knowledge bases, and document flows. Clean data in, good AI out.
Write Prompts & Build AI Skills Create, test, and refine prompt libraries and AI skills that the team uses daily. You'll build the playbooks that let non-technical team members leverage AI without needing you for every request.
Document Everything Every system you build gets documented. How it works, how to maintain it, what breaks and how to fix it. If it's not documented, it doesn't exist.
QA & Iterate You don't deliver and forget. You test your own builds, catch edge cases, fix bugs, and iterate based on team feedback. "It works in testing" is not the same as "it works at scale."
What You Bring
This role requires 6+ years of professional experience, with real, demonstrable experience building and leading AI-powered systems in a business context. Not courses. Not demos. Delivered work and strategic leadership.
• Executive Presence & Communication. This is non-negotiable. You'll be on client coaching calls, in leadership meetings, and presenting AI strategy to the team. You need to be articulate, confident, and able to make complex ideas simple. If you can't command a room (or a Zoom), this isn't the right fit.
• Strategic Vision & Leadership. You don't just execute — you see around corners. You can look at a business, identify where AI creates the most leverage, and build a roadmap to get there. You've led initiatives, influenced stakeholders, and driven adoption of new technology at a Fortune 500, mid-size, or high-growth company.
• People Management. You've managed at least one direct report. You know how to set expectations, give feedback, develop talent, and build a team that delivers. You lead by example and hold a high bar.
• Claude, ChatGPT & LLMs. You've built AI agents, prompt libraries, and knowledge-base-powered workflows in production. You understand prompt engineering, API integrations, and how to make AI actually reliable — not just impressive in a screenshot.
• Automation Platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n). You've built real multi-step workflows with conditional logic, error handling, API calls, and logging. You know the difference between a toy automation and one that runs at scale without breaking.
• Vibe Coding (Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code). You can take a business idea and create a working app. You don't need to be a senior software engineer — but you need to deliver production-quality tools.
• Data Management. You've worked with structured data systems — Baserow, Airtable, Supabase, or similar. You understand how backends power dashboards, AI agents, and reporting.
• Notion or Monday (or Similar). You've used project management tools as an actual operating system — databases, dashboards, intake systems, SOPs, wikis.
• Data Privacy & Compliance. We handle sensitive client data. You take security seriously and build accordingly.
Bonus Points:
• Experience in coaching, education, or professional services industries.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Background building multi-agent AI systems or complex AI workflows.
• Experience scoping builds accurately — estimating complexity, timelines, and dependencies.
• You've trained non-technical teams to use AI tools you built.
• You've presented AI strategy to C-suite or board-level stakeholders.
• Master's degree in computer science, data science, AI, or a related field.
Key Metrics & Goals
Within Your First 90 Days:
• Deliver at least 3 production-ready AI systems (client-facing or internal) that the team is actively using.
• Build and document automations connecting at least 3 core business tools (CRM, portal, accounting, etc.).
• Organize and clean the data infrastructure so it reliably feeds AI agents and dashboards.
• Deliver AI playbooks and prompt libraries that non-technical staff use independently.
• Achieve 80%+ team adoption of AI tools you've built.
• Present an AI roadmap to the leadership team with clear priorities for the next 6–12 months.
• Join at least 4 client coaching calls and deliver AI-focused coaching content.
Within 6 Months:
• Reduce internal time spent on repetitive tasks by 30%+.
• Maintain 99%+ uptime and error handling on all deployed automations.
• Every system you've built is fully documented and maintainable by someone other than you.
• Builds are delivered on time vs. scoped deadlines at least 80% of the time.
• Zero "black box" systems — everything can be understood, maintained, or handed off.
• Establish yourself as a trusted voice on AI with clients and the internal team.
• Have a clear hiring plan for growing the AI function.
Why This Role Is Different
Let's be direct: you could go work at a Fortune 500 and be one of fifty AI architects buried in an enterprise IT department. You'd make good money, sit in meetings all day, and never see your work actually change a business.
This role is the opposite of that.
At Paid Ads Academy, you get direct access to the CEO and leadership team. You're not three layers removed from decision-making — you're in the room. The AI strategy you build doesn't go through a committee, it gets put into action. You'll see the impact of your work in real time: in client results, in team efficiency, in revenue growth.
You'll also be client-facing — coaching business owners on how to leverage AI in their own companies. That's not something you get at a big company. You're not building tools that disappear into a product backlog. You're building systems that real people use, and you're teaching real people how to think about AI. That's rare, and for the right person, it's exactly what they've been looking for.
You'll own the entire AI function. Not a piece of it. All of it. Strategy, builds, team, coaching, vision. If you're the kind of person who wants to build something from the ground up and see it scale — this is your role.
Why This Role Is Full-Time (Not Contract)
We've worked with contractors. They're great for defined projects with clear specs. But the person who transforms how a business operates needs to be inside the business. They need to see how the team actually works, hear the problems that never make it into a build request, and build relationships with every department. The best AI systems come from someone who understands the business at a gut level — and that only happens with time, proximity, and full commitment. That's why this is a full-time W-2 role with benefits, not a gig.
How We Evaluate Builders & Leaders
We don't just look at resumes. We look at what you've created and how you lead.
What Gets Us Excited About a Candidate:
• Portfolio with real AI/automation builds — not just claims.
• Clear, specific application that shows you read this post and understood the problem.
• You ask clarifying questions before jumping in.
• You mention error handling, testing, and documentation unprompted.
• You can articulate how you've influenced business strategy, not just built tools.
• Past clients or employers confirm you deliver reliable, production-quality work and lead with confidence.
What Tells Us It Might Not Be the Right Fit:
• Generic, copy-paste application. We're looking for someone who took the time to understand the role.
• All theory, no delivered work. We value hands-on experience over courses and certifications.
• Overpromises or claims to do everything. We'd rather find someone who's great at the right things than okay at all things.
• No documentation habits. We need to be able to understand and maintain what you build.
• Difficulty communicating clearly. This role involves coaching non-technical business owners, so translating complex ideas into plain language is essential.
• Slow or unclear communication during the application process. How you show up here is how you'll show up on the job.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $130,000–$155,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Unlimited PTO: Flexible time off after 6 months, plus company-wide holidays.
• Retirement Plan: 401(k) with employer match after 6 months.
• Profit-sharing: 401(k) benefit, with employer-funded contributions based on tenure and other plan factors, and a 3-year vesting schedule.
• Wardrobe Stipend: $2,000 first-year bonus for business attire.
• Home Office Stipend: To create a productive remote workspace.
• Annual Incentive Trip: Fully-paid team trip to a bucket-list destination.
• Private Wellness Center: Monthly access to gym, sauna, and cold plunge (Georgia-based).
• Paid Parental Leave: 1 month fully paid for fathers and 3 months fully paid for mothers.
Location and Schedule
Remote (USA) Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST

DIRECTOR OF GOOGLE & YOUTUBE STRATEGY
Location: Remote (USA)📍
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Founder & CEO
About Paid Ads Academy
Paid Ads Academy is one of the fastest-growing paid advertising coaching companies in the country. We help business owners, entrepreneurs, and marketing teams master paid ads, empowering them to become findable™ for what they do, without outsourcing to an agency.
We’re building the coaching team that makes that possible. A team of elite strategists who can teach, diagnose, and coach at the highest level — people who understand that paid advertising is a business growth lever, not just a platform skill.
We need someone who knows the Google platform and campaign set up in and out. Someone who doesn’t just manage campaigns. Someone who has consulted businesses on how to grow through Google, YouTube, Shopping, PMAX, etc. at scale.
Role Overview
This is not an account management role. This is not a media buying role. This is a high-ownership coaching and strategy position for someone who has spent years inside Google’s advertising ecosystem and is ready to bring that expertise to entrepreneurs who need it most.
You will be the Google brain of Paid Ads Academy. You’ll lead coaching calls for clients across all tiers. You’ll diagnose underperforming accounts in real time, build optimization roadmaps, and coach business owners on how Google fits into their overall growth strategy, not just their ad account.
You will be the Google ads platform expert, but business strategy is what sets you apart. You understand how messaging, funnels, offer positioning, and campaign architecture work together to drive revenue, not just clicks. You don't think in platform silos. You think in growth levers.
You’ll own the Google & YouTube coaching lessons end to end. You’ll do it all on camera, in front of clients who are paying.
What You'll Own
Google & YouTube Coaching Delivery: Lead all Google Ads and YouTube coaching calls, virtual and in person training and client events, challenge sessions, and Q&A across all client tiers. You are the expert in the room.
Coaching Playbook Development: Maintain the Google & YouTube coaching playbook, including SOPs for Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube, and Display campaigns. Ensure the existing materials are up to date and include latest best practices.
Business Strategy Through Google: Coach clients on business strategy through the lens of Google advertising. You don’t just teach the platform — you teach how Google fits into their overall growth engine, their margins, their customer acquisition model.
Account Diagnosis & Optimization: Diagnose underperforming Google and YouTube accounts live on coaching calls and deliver clear, actionable optimization roadmaps. Clients walk away knowing exactly what to fix and why.
Creative Strategy: Develop and implement the creative expansion strategies and advise clients on creative best practices as it relates to conversion rate optimization.
Client Portfolio Ownership: Be immersed in client businesses by understanding their growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, facilitating ad account audits, and participating in-person VIP day strategy sessions. You’re versatile and flexible in balancing multiple businesses and priorities at once.
Cross-Platform Collaboration: Work closely with other senior coaches on cross-platform strategy. You understand the full picture and how platforms intersect.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Record all coaching sessions and identify top teaching moments for new coach training materials. You’re building the system, not just delivering the session.
AI Data Visualization and Delegation: Communicate with, manage, and delegate work to AI employees so that you can improve speed and efficiency of optimizations by leveraging AI to aid in account implementation, operation, optimization, and visualization. This ultimately positions you to live in creation and imagination mode.
Who You Are
• You’ve been inside Google’s advertising ecosystem for years, maybe at Google itself. You know how Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube, and Display actually work, not from a certification course, but from building growth plans for real businesses with real budgets.
• You have high emotional intelligence. You can read a room full of business owners, meet them where they are, and explain complex Google strategies in a way that makes them feel capable, not confused.
• You understand that coaching is about the person, not just the platform.
• You communicate with precision. Whether it’s a live coaching call, a Slack message, or a written optimization plan, your communication is clear, direct, and actionable. You do not communicate vaguely.
• You take ownership. When something needs to be built, you build it. When a client is stuck, you solve it before anyone has to ask. You operate two steps ahead because that’s how you’re wired.
• You’re comfortable delegating to and managing AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output — positioning yourself as a strategist and creative thinker, not just a doer.
• You're already using AI — not just for answers, but to gain efficiency in your day-to-day work. You also know when use of AI isn’t appropriate and how to balance AI with your lived professional experience. Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with Claude Cowork, Reply, Zapier, or other AI platforms.
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience, including Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube, and Display
• Proven track record managing $250K+ in monthly Google ad spend across multiple verticals (service-based AND e-commerce/retail)
• Deep understanding of YouTube advertising strategy, including pre-roll, discovery, and Shorts campaigns
• Business strategy acumen — you understand how paid advertising fits into a company’s overall growth engine, not just the platform
• Experience coaching, teaching, or training others on Google Ads (agency leadership, consulting, or formal coaching/training roles)
• Google Ads certified (current) with demonstrated platform expertise
• Exceptional communication skills — you can explain complex Google strategies to business owners who are not technical
• Comfortable on camera and in front of groups — coaching calls are live and recorded
• Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline coaching preparation, client analysis, or content development
This Role Is NOT For You If:
• You’ve only managed Google Ads from the outside — you’ve never consulted or coached a business owner through their growth strategy
• You need a script to coach from instead of thinking on your feet
• You’re not comfortable on camera or presenting to groups
• You see Google Ads as a technical skill rather than a business growth lever
• You take feedback personally instead of professionally
• You set the bar at completion, not excellence
• It’s your way or the highway – you’re not open to aligning on our Google/YouTube strategies and methods
What We Look For in a Candidate
What Gets Us Excited:
• A track record of consulting or coaching real businesses on Google advertising strategy — not just managing accounts
• Experience at Google in a customer-facing strategic role (GCS, LCS, or equivalent)
• Past managers or clients who can confirm you deliver, self-direct, and raise the standard
• Experience working with a variety of business types such as service based, retail based, B2B, B2C and others.
• Current use of AI to streamline and automate tasks with a keen understanding of how to apply AI tools.
What Tells Us It Might Not Be The Right Fit:
• A generic, copy-paste application
• Platform certifications without real strategic depth or coaching experience
• Waiting to be asked before taking action
• Vague communication at any point in the process
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience
• Performance Bonus: 10–15% of base salary, paid quarterly, tied to client NPS scores and client retention
• Total On-Target Earnings: $143,000–$172,500 when performance goals are met
• Unlimited PTO: Flexible time off after 6 months, plus company-wide holidays
• Retirement Plan: 401(k) with employer match after 6 months
• Profit-Sharing 401(k): Employer-funded contributions based on tenure and other plan factors, with a 3-year vesting schedule
• Paid Parental Leave: 1 month fully paid for fathers and 3 months fully paid for mothers
• Wardrobe Stipend: $2,000 first-year bonus for business attire

• Annual Incentive Trip: Fully-paid team trip to a bucket-list destination
• Private Wellness Center: Monthly access to gym, sauna, and cold plunge (Georgia-based)

DIRECTOR OF META ADVERTISING & COMMERCE STRATEGY
Location: Remote (USA)📍
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Founder & CEO
About Paid Ads Academy
Paid Ads Academy is one of the fastest-growing paid advertising coaching companies in the country. We help business owners, entrepreneurs, and marketing teams master paid ads, empowering them to become findable™ for what they do, without outsourcing to an agency.
We’re building the coaching team that makes that possible. Not a team of media buyers. A team of elite strategists who can teach, diagnose, and coach at the highest level — people who understand that paid advertising is a business growth lever, not just a platform skill.
We need someone who has been inside Meta’s advertising ecosystem and knows it at an architectural level. Someone who doesn’t just run campaigns — someone who understands pixel strategy, CAPI integration, product feeds, and Commerce Manager the way only someone who’s lived inside that world can.
Role Overview
This is not a media buying role. This is not a “boost posts and check ROAS” role. This is a high-ownership coaching and strategy position for someone who has spent years inside Meta’s advertising ecosystem — ideally at Meta itself — and is ready to bring that depth to entrepreneurs who need it most.
You will be the Meta advertising authority at Paid Ads Academy. You’ll lead coaching calls, masterminds, challenge sessions, and Q&A across all client tiers. You’ll coach on everything from campaign setup and creative strategy to pixel architecture, product feed optimization, and attribution — for both shopping/e-commerce and service-based businesses.
You will be the Meta advertising platform expert, but business strategy is what sets you apart. You understand how messaging, funnels, offer positioning, creative strategy, and campaign architecture work together to drive revenue — not just ROAS. You don't think in platform silos. You think in growth levers.
You’ll own the Meta coaching lessons end to end. You’ll do it all on camera, in front of clients who are paying for access to someone who knows this platform better than anyone they’ve ever worked with.
What You'll Own
Meta Ads Coaching Delivery: Lead all Meta Ads coaching calls, virtual and in person training and client events challenge sessions, and Q&A across all client tiers.
Coaching Playbook Development: Maintain the Meta coaching playbook end to end: campaign structure, audience strategy, creative frameworks, pixel setup, product feed optimization, and attribution. Ensure the existing materials are up to date and include latest best practices.
Technical Architecture & Setup: Coach clients on Meta campaign setup, technical architecture, and optimization for BOTH shopping/e-commerce and service-based business models. You go deep on pixel, CAPI, Commerce Manager, and catalog sales.
Account Diagnosis & Optimization: Diagnose underperforming Meta accounts live on coaching calls and deliver clear, actionable turnaround plans. Clients walk away knowing exactly what to fix and why.
Creative Strategy: Develop and implement the creative expansion strategies and advise clients on creative best practices as it relates to conversion rate optimization.
Cross-Platform Collaboration: Work closely with other senior coaches on cross-platform strategy. You understand the full picture and how platforms intersect.
Business Strategy: Coach clients on business strategy through the lens of Meta advertising — not just platform tactics, but how Meta fits into their overall growth plan and holistic advertising strategy.
AI Data Visualization and Delegation: Communicate with, manage, and delegate work to AI employees so that you can improve speed and efficiency of optimizations by leveraging AI to aid in account implementation, operation, optimization, and visualization. This ultimately positions you to live in creation and imagination mode.
